Logging in to Trutera Trade takes three steps and, with two-factor authentication enabled, about twenty seconds.
01
Enter your email and password
Use the email address you registered with. Passwords are case-sensitive. If your browser or password manager offers to fill the form, let it — typos in a password field are the single most common cause of a failed Trutera Trade login.
02
Confirm your second factor
Enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app, or tap your hardware key. Codes rotate every thirty seconds, so if one is rejected, wait for the next and try again rather than retyping the same one.
03
Land on your dashboard
You arrive at your account with your strategies, open positions, and balance in view. Accounts default to the demo balance; switching to live trading is an explicit choice you make, never a default.
What you can do once you are logged in
Everything Trutera Trade does lives behind the login — there is no separate terminal to install and nothing to connect to a third-party exchange. Inside your account you can:
Build and edit strategies in the visual editor, or write them in the scripting layer if you prefer.
Set the risk limits that stop trading for you: per-trade size, daily loss caps, maximum drawdown, and position count.
Run a strategy on the demo balance for as long as you like before committing real capital.
Review reporting on every order the platform placed and the rule that triggered it.
Manage billing, and cancel at any time from the billing page.
Trouble logging in to Trutera Trade?
Use the password reset link on the trading platform's login screen. We email a reset link to the address on the account; it expires after one hour and can only be used once. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder before requesting another — repeated requests invalidate earlier links.
Use one of the recovery codes issued when you first enabled two-factor authentication. If you no longer have those either, contact support from the email address registered to the account and we will take you through identity verification. We cannot bypass two-factor authentication on request — that restriction is what makes it worth having.
Check that caps lock is off and that your password manager has not filled credentials for a different site. Repeated failed attempts temporarily rate-limit the account for its own protection; wait fifteen minutes and try again. If it still fails, reset the password rather than continuing to retry.
This page is the official Trutera Trade site, and the trading platform login lives at app.truteratrade.com. Check the address bar and the certificate before entering credentials anywhere. Trutera Trade will never ask for your password, your two-factor codes, or your recovery codes by email, chat, or phone. If someone does, they are not us.
Yes — the platform offers a keep-me-signed-in option. Do not use it on a shared or public computer. You can review every active session, with device and location history, from your account security settings and revoke any you do not recognise.
Keeping your Trutera Trade account secure
An automated trading account is worth protecting more carefully than most. Use a password unique to Trutera Trade, keep two-factor authentication switched on, and add your withdrawal destinations to the allowlist so funds cannot be sent anywhere you have not pre-approved — even by someone who has your password.
Our privacy policy explains how credentials and device history are stored, and you can read more about the people responsible for it on the about Trutera Trade page.
